- The ground on which the material will be applied must be smooth and level, not inclined and completely free of moisture.
- Method of Application:
Surface Preparation: After the appropriate concrete infrastructure is cleaned, 2-component Taely-Adhesive adhesive is applied on the concrete. This ensures perfect adhesion of the coating to the floor.
Substrate Application: After the adhesive is applied, the absorbent layer of Roll Ready Tire Rubber REGUPOL layer with a thickness of 5-6-7-8-10 mm is laid and the thickness homogeneity of the floor is ensured.
Filling Application: SEALER filling material is applied on the rubber layer with a spatula, and large pores are filled. This increases the durability and smoothness of the floor.
Top Coating Application: After the filling material dries, a 2-component POLYURETHANE surface coating is applied as the top layer. This ensures that the floor is resistant to wear and scratches.
Top Coat Application: Then, the 2-component topcoat PULASTIC PU surface coating is applied with a roller in the desired color and allowed to cure.
Completion and Putting into Use: After the ground is completed, the surface is made available for sports activities. This provides a safe and comfortable playing field for athletes.
