- It is not affected by the pressure of heavy objects on the ground.
- The surface on which the material will be applied must be smooth and even.
Method of Application:
- Surface Preparation: After the concrete or asphalt surface is cleaned, primer surface cleaning material is applied. This ensures perfect adhesion of the coating to the floor.
- Substrate Application: The material of 10 mm thick SBR Rubber Granule 8000 gr/m2 and Binder 700 gr/m2 layer is mixed and poured on the cleaned ground with a finisher coating machine.
- Filling Application: SEALER filling material is applied on the rubber layer with a spatula, and large pores are filled. This increases the durability and smoothness of the floor.
- Top Coating Application: After the filling material dries, a 2-component POLYURETHANE surface coating is applied as the top layer. This gives your floor extra protection from scratches and wear.
- Final Coat Application: EPDM material No. 1-3 is laid and left free. This forms the final layer of the floor and provides an ideal surface for sports activities.
- Completion and Putting into Use: After the material is completed, the surface is made available for use for sports activities. It is important for the safety of the athletes that the floor is smooth and non-slip.
